Warrenty/Refund is applicable only 1. when seller is unable to provide the same product that customer ordered that can be quality/quantity/color/(any other considered thing) 2. If seller unable to hand over the product to any courier/cargo or any shipping service within 72 hours.

If seller can fullfill above rules than customer can get replacement only.
